1. The Delivery Method:

• ·       FBK (Fulfilled by Kilimall) – These are products in the Kilimall Warehouse so they take a shorter time to be delivered to you (0-3 Days)
• ·       DS (Drop Shipping) – These are products still in the seller’s possession, so we will have to pick them and deliver to you. This may take 2-5 Days
• ·     Global Shipping (Shipped from Overseas) – To provide more variety, we also have products by sellers who aren’t in Kenya. So, when you buy these, the Global Sellers will send them to us, and we’ll then deliver to you. This may take 14-25 Days.

2. The Product Details such as:

·       Colour.
·       Size.
·       Variant.
·       Brand.
·       Product Description, notices, and pictures.
·     Customer reviews.

Note that stock availability and price may change, so, make sure you check.Once you have confirmed that that is indeed what you wanted to buy, you can go to the next step.

·       Pick up – We have pick up locations in certain towns where you can pick your order
